July 22nd, 2008This blog website has been created for me to share my recent years in a never ending quest for fitness and muscle gainege (also problems), I am still young and feel I am still far from hitting my prime yet.
I am soon to be studying to receive my personal trainer qualification, so I can really be apart of the rapid growing fitness industry. I will share information on things which have affected me or which have interested me to know more about.
I play basketball 3 times a week for at least 2 hours a time, and then I manage to fit in my hardcore training (most of the time). I weigh around 160 pounds and have a body fat count of 11.1%. I use to be fascinated with power lifting, training just for competing in competitions and gym meets. Though now, due to a shoulder industry and other factors I have switched to bodybuilding style training routines to gain the inches more than the strength side (even though strength comes with the inches).
I would love to hear what readers think of my experiences and opinions but also share their own.
